"Not much to choose from"
I was hoping to find more options for my scanner model, but the selection was limited. whoever runs this should really add more choices because it was kind of disappointing.

"Feels a bit pricey for what you get"
I did find the scanner I needed, but the price was higher than what I saw at other places. Then shipping got added on top, so yeah, it just didn’t feel like a great value. The site was fine and the order went through okay, but I can’t really say I felt like I got a good deal here.

I’m not sure why anyone would make it sound complicated, because I got around the site just fine. Finding the scanners was easy, and checkout was straightforward. Yeah, a couple pages felt a little crowded, but it didn’t really get in my way or confuse me.

"Scanner Got Programmed, Just Took a Bit"
They did get my scanner programmed and everything seems to work fine, but it took longer than I was expecting. Support was okay and they answered my questions, though nothing really stood out. Overall, I’m glad it got done, but I was left feeling a little underwhelmed by the experience
